Before founding Respite Australia Care in early 2019, Mark started a recruitment company in Perth, Western Australia. Mark held various management positions in Sydney at Chandler Mcleo recruitment agency, most recently as branch manager in IPA Group, focusing on new business development and risk management. He has also worked as a senior financial risk management consultant to the financial services industry; software engineer; advertising sales manager for the popular IPA Group; general manager of an advertising and graphic design department. Mark also served senior consultant at Ventia in Sydney.
