To provide services, we are required to collect a range of personal information and sensitive information. We primarily collect this information to assess, plan, and provide quality services to meet your individual needs. If you provide incomplete or inaccurate information to us, we may not be able to provide you with the services you require.

Your personal information also allows us to perform other internal processes such as health and safety, risk management, account keeping, staff training, quality assurance and to meet government and regulatory requirements where there is a threat to public health.

Respite Australia Care may at times disclose personal information where it is necessary to deliver services or required by law. Personal information may only be disclosed outside Respite Australia Care when you have consented, it is in accordance with the purpose for which we collected the information, and/or we have a legal obligation to do so.

Respite Australia Care takes all reasonable steps to safeguard the security of personal information from unauthorised use, access, modification or disclosure. Respite Australia Care staff who handle personal information have a duty to protect that information and are granted access on a ‘need to know’ basis. Personal information no longer required is disposed of appropriately.

We’re open to neglected and isolated feelings, Respite Australia Care’s house is open 365 days a year for people when they’re feeling neglected where we help families navigate change.

Respite Australia Care is an owned registered Company

Respite Australia Care is an Australian owned registered Company. We provide a unique residential care, centre-based respite and hostel services for people in mental health crisis so they can be given an individual support through RAUC’s trained professionals individual support team. We offer an Out of Home care facility to all of our clients, children between 6-17, youths between 18-25 and adults between 25-75+ across Australia, Adelaide metro, Brisbane metro, Canberra metro, Melbourne metro, Sydney metro and Perth metro. Our aim is to provide a safe, confidential, non-medical environment for our client. Somewhere our client can explore their thoughts and feelings and feel heard with compassion and without judgement. What We do!

Respite Australia Care was founded in 17 Dec 2019, our service runs 365 days a year. A professional individual staff’s team and our volunteers will spend many hours with each client during their stay, providing the opportunity for them to explore their thoughts and feelings. Providing personal care, individual support, recreation and community access. We also offer in home care as well as pick up drop off students and for those who are attending appointments or recreation and Community engagement. Students and those attending appointment, the minimum booking is 3 hours per trip and plus $1.35 cent per kilo metre. We also provide Labour Hire to services to Aged Care provider, Child, Youth and Family (CYF) provider, Prison Facilities provider, Hospital, Mental Health Care provider, and all Community service industries.

Through gaining experience in various disability support periods, our team are able to identify the best opportunities whether we are in good times or bad times. Good times provide and build growth in our health and bad times, despite the potential negative effects, we still can provide opportunities that drive our happy.We see ourselves as a forward looking group of passionate property professionals with the relevant experience to match.
